A Manifesting Journal is used to help evaluate who you are, what you want to do in this life time and how to implement it. The difference between this and a regular degular diary is that you won’t be talking about the cute guy at your new gym or how Janice, from the office, keeps stealing your stapler from your desk. You don’t want your energy to be focused on that and you especially do not want that in this book.

This book will actually hold all the energy that you put out. If you want to do big things with this life time, you have to change your whole mindset, energy output and just your whole being because we want to create good things. If you know anything about the Universe, you’d that that it is constantly creating things. Whether you intend it to be good or bad it will create. The Universe knows no good or evil, but it does know or understand vibration. In this book, we will be working on writing in a language that the Universe understands so we can go forth, place our orders and see the abundance you deserve.

I am currently reading a book by Jen Mazer called Manifesting Made Easy. Such an awesome book written by an awesome individual. I will definitely be writing a review soon on it, but I just wanted to point out one of my favorite part in the book called “Your Order to the Universe“. She explains that in this portion, you will be writing your order to the Universe that you wish to manifest right now. The only rule is that you can not use the words ” I want…” Words like that send the vibration that you will forever want the stuff that you wish for, because you will never have it. Its all about writing things in the present tense to basically set in stone that this is what you want to manifest and you see yourself doing it right now.

Example:

  • A new car
  • My dream job (be specific if you can)
  • Financially stable
  • Traveling all around the world
  • Peace of mind

 

That exercise is great to start things off in the journal. But of course just writing your demands aren’t enough. Below are some prompts to help you out in understanding yourself and what you want from life. Its best to write everyday, at least one page, for 5 minutes. This is a great form of meditation so make sure you are in a quiet space with a great atmosphere.

1. What does spirituality mean to you?

2. Make a list of questions you’d like to be answered.

3. What makes you happy/purposeful in life? Explain why.

4. What are some things you wish to change about yourself? Why?

5. What is your Life Path Number? Does it resonate with you? Explain why or why not.

6. If you can do one thing to change the world, what would it be? why?

7. What are some things that you have failed in the past? What did you learn from it?

8. What are some things you see that reoccur in life?
